  2. LEADERS MUST COMMIT TO LEARNING<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  3. UNDERSTAND THE FOUR LEVELS OF A LEADER\r\n
      \r\n
    • a) INTEREST – Create interest in your followers.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • b) IMPRESS – Impress your followers with the interest you create.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • c) INFLUENCE – Influence your followers positively.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • d) IMPACT – Impact your generation.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
