To train and ordain those who have being taught to come into their calling and released to function and operation.
The organization trains and ordains ministers into their appropriate God’s appointed calling, to enable them to be humble and depend on Jesus alone at all times.
As they depend on Him, He will take the steps with them.

  2. LEADERS MUST COMMIT TO LEARNING
  3. UNDERSTAND THE FOUR LEVELS OF A LEADER
    • a) INTEREST – Create interest in your followers.
    • b) IMPRESS – Impress your followers with the interest you create.
    • c) INFLUENCE – Influence your followers positively.
    • d) IMPACT – Impact your generation.

 

2. EQUIP OTHERS

E – Evaluate – How well can they do
Q – Qualify them – How well did they do
U – Unite with them
I – Invest in them
P – Provide resources and share experiences, train them You can’t do everything alone or results will be limited by how much one person can achieve.

3. ATTITUDE MUST BE GOOD AND POSITIVE –

GOOD ATTITUDE ABOUT SELF, OTHERS, LIFE – LEARN THAT WHEN YOU FALL, YOU RISE – PROV.24:10, 23:7 – A GOOD ATTITUDE BASED ON CHOICE
